I have been taking this vitamin for roughly a year now, and I must say that it is great. I like this vitamin because it is a vitamin made from food, since it is made from food you can take it on an empty stomach and won't get that sick feeling you get when taking a synthetic vitamin such as Centrum.What's cool about these vitamins is that they are not made with synthetic ingredeints which are found in other vitamins such as Centrum, the ingredients in these vitamins come from real foods, for example according to the label Vitamin C comes from oranges, Vitamin A - carrots and Vitamin E cabbage.
