Do i use regular shampoo after leaving this oil in for 30 minutes? or is there a recommended shampoo? i use pantene (sheer volume).

A lot of voluminous shampoos strip your natural oils. If it were me I’d look for a sulfate free shampoo and then blow dry your roots for added volume. I LOVE L’ange shampoos, and Shea moisture brand.

how many times a week are you supposed to do this hair mask?

Whenever you’re going to wash your hair. I’ve been hair training so I’m washing mine once a week lately so I’m using the oil once a week as an overnight treatment.

Do you wash your hair before or after using the oil

It’s honestly preference. She recommends use as a prepoo which means you put it on unwashed dry hair and leave on anywhere from 30 minutes to over night, and then shampoo twice. My preference is to use as a prepoo or to add canned coconut milk with it and leave on for an hour then wash. I also like to apply a tiny bit to my ends after I style it.

Does Crisan contain any phthalates?

The only ingredients in this product are the 55 oils. There’s no added chemicals or ingredients.
