Great soft headband speakers
Love love love! Had another brand but the headband kept stretching out. This is soft and silky. It doesnโt stretch out after use and itโs not too tight. I do have a small head. Pads are comfortable. Sound is great. My only minor complaint is that the pads flip over inside the headband frm time to time. The sound only comes from one side. Easy solution. You can flip it over without taking the pad out.

Try it upside-down
Sept. 2025: I bought a second one of these because I loved the first. It was soft and comfortable, although the flat speakers would slip due to gravity or movement a bit, thus not staying over my ears. This wasn't too bad when I first bought them, but over time, the headband stretched out more, so it was way too loose and the speakers wouldn't stay put. So, after 3 years, I bought another one from the same product page on Amazon. The new one has some changes, some good, one bad (for me)-- (1) The headband is too tight for my head. It squishes my ears against my head, so my ears are sore in the morning. Sure keeps the speakers in place, though. I found a way to make it a little less tight, however (see below). (2) Since it's so tight, it flattens the front of my hair above the forehead. I don't wash my hair every day, so this was a bummer until I found a solution (see below). (3) They redesigned the shape of it so that the fabric dips down to better cover the ears and keep the headband secure. Also, the band is narrowed in the area of the speakers, holding them in place. Smart--except that it's harder to remove the speakers so you can wash the headband (and you DO have to wash it - I get zits at the hairline behind my head if I go too long). My solution to the tightness/hair flattening: I found that if I wear the headband upside down, it fits me better! It fits less tightly, thus pressing less on my hears, and it doesn't flatten my hair because now it rests lower on my forehead. I expect that the headband will stretch over time and be more comfortable. I'm not returning the headband because I need to block noise, and this does it effectively. I've used a couple other sleep headphones (bluetooth ones), and I prefer this one. Oct. 2022: Very comfortable headband. Speakers sound good for my white noise. The speakers can get a little uncomfortable if you lay on them straight. I push them a little in one direction and it feels better. I have long hair and I wear the headband under the back of my hair. I find that's more comfortable and my hair is less flat the next day if it's not hair-washing day.

Buyer beware....
While I initially liked the 'wearability' of this item, i.e. lightweight materials, several things 'hit' me. First, repositioning the actual 'headphones' inside of the band material was problematic, the 'headphones 'appeared' to have some sort of 'stickiness' that almost 'locked' them into where they were in the band. Next, the band wasn't quite 'one size fits all' expandability, the band while not completely uncomfortable/unable to 'wear' it gave a very 'constricting' fit that left band 'marks' on my head for a couple of hours after removal. Might consider making in multiple 'sizes' to allow for different heads..... Lastly, while the 'headphones' did sound good, not sure if due to my efforts in 'relocating' the headphones to fit my ear locations or 'quality' of the 'headphones', the right headphone 'failed'/no sound after only a month'ish of use....... Not my iPod as my other headphones/earbuds are working normally.....

Well made, but is painfully tight on a 24" head
I have a 24" head with thick hair. The headband was so tight it immediately gave me a headache; I couldn't wear it. Will it eventually stretch out? If I could leave it on a pumpkin for a year, maybe it would. Instead I cut up the headband and sewed the speakers/ear sections onto elastic that I then fit loosely around my head. So far the speakers are fine and comfortable to lie on while asleep. I don't fault the speakers, just the headband, so I am giving it 3 stars. The headband is well made but it just doesn't fit, and the speakers were a bit behind my ears, not on the ears. A velcro closure would be better for someone with a larger head. Not sure how this would fit a smaller person.

Question longevity
They were great until they werenโt. One side quit working and no matter what I did I couldnโt fix it.

Not bad for the price
My third pair. I love them. I have tinnitus and wear them to help me sleep by listening to YouTube videos. You can pull them over your eyes if lights are bothering you. They sound okay for a flat speaker, but could be better. They eventually stretch out or the speaker will fail, but it usually lasts long enough for the money they cost.

Percect SleepPhones/RunPhones Headband Replacement
If you have a pair of SleepPhones/RunPhones from AcouticSheep and you want a better headband that the one they offer, I can't recommend this headband enough. I purchased this primarily for the headband and not the speakers. I have a pair of bluetooth SleepPhones that I've been using for a few years, however I've never been happy with their headband. This headband + speakers was actually cheaper than purchasing a new headband from SleepPhones. I can report that this headband is much better than the SleepPhones one. First, the headband has sectioned off pouches for the headphones so they don't slide around. Getting the headphones into the pouches can be a little tricky, but one they're in, they're much more secure. The headband itself is also much more comfortable and cooler than the SleepPhones one. I've used both the SleepPhones and RunPhones headbands - both stretch out and become loose over time regardless of size. This headband will stretch a little over time, but it never become loose. Highly recommended for those looking for an alternative to the SleepPhones headband.

Great earphones. Ignore the negative reviews
I love these! They work great and the sound is perfect. Size down though because the cozy headband stretches. Love it as an alternative to wireless.

Hard to put on; shift and twist; not solid
These were useless. The earphones are not stable within the flimsy headband and move and shift and flip. To put on the headband is a real chore. You have to find where the ear phones are and shift and move them to the right place to lie over your ears. And they flip around so you have to turn on your music to see if the phones are on the right side for your to hear them. And the headband twists. I thought this would be a stable headband with the phones securely in place that you could simply slip on and go to bed. Nope.
