It has a mildly pleasant smell (not perfumed), and although it says you don't have to rinse it out, I always do so. I have used it for years to wash out nylons but since fewer people wear pantyhose these days, most department stores have stopped stocking it. If you do wear pantyhose, this is an excellent wash option. It really does prolong the wear of your pantyhose, and seems to keep them from running as easily. A bottle lasts me quite a while. I've had no problems ordering it through Amazon.
