Schöneberger Men's Bavarian Lederhosen Brown - Oktoberfest Leather Trousers

After becoming frustrated woodcarving with a very expensive and as it turns out cheap and torn canvas apron that was in my way more that a safety and cleanup help I came to the realization that lederhosen tracht would be the ideal clothing that both stayed out of my way and didn't make a nuisance of itself, is sturdy and long lasting, and is good protection against a slipped carving cut. I already own a black suede leather vest, American style, that I was given for Christmas in the 80s to protect me torso carving. I also have special pair of carving gloves. Add to all that it is looks nice to wear around the house. Since I live in America I won't wear it outside the house or yard except for Oktoberfest celebrations, costume parties, and Halloween and it is also very nice for those things if a bit expensive for my budget. The fit is true to size contrary to what many are claiming. I bought a 33" (48cm) and could of bought a 32" or even a 30" when taking into consideration the stretching and break-in period completing. That said there is a leather drawstring in the back with which you can tighten them somewhat & the suspenders when they are needed with such heavy pants. I like them better somewhat loose, eventually a bit baggy. It comes with an extra leather drawstring and an extra button. It does not comes with an extra strap and strap binders, neither the ornate front binder or the small plain one you use to make an X in the back. I order brown/dark brown and it's a nice brown and the stitching is clean, strong, and attractive. The outfit looks very nice. You won't be embarrassed to wear it to Oktoberfest, a costume party, Halloween; although yes, people will look at me funny when they visit my door and I'm sitting in these carving.

Surprisingly great quality. I was impressed for the price. Got a lot of compliments on them. They aren’t full blown Bavarian quality lederhosen but those are also $500-$800 vs the cost of these. These are a great deal for the price and are made well enough to last. Definitely size up at least 2 sizes if not 3 sizes. I wear a size 32” waist jean and bought the 34”. I’m 6’2” 190lbs and 34” fit fine around the waist but I have a little larger athletic thighs and they were a little snug but not skin tight. More like slim fit jeans which is what I wear so I was fine with it. If you like things more loose fit order 3 sizes larger. They are real leather with a soft polyester lining which was nice. They will also likely stretch a little over time.

Too large in waist. Should have ordered usual size. These are very heavy and thick material and ultimately we decided to not pack them to Europe as we were using carryons. Look pretty high quality however for the price.

Love these! Great option for a high-quality octoberfest outfit with quick, seamless, no-risk delivery. This item is made with quality materials and craftsmanship, is definitely legit suede, and was seriously comfortable to wear. Only downside - for which I will not deduct starts because there are free returns - is the fit. Took me a few tries to find the right size for me so it might be worth buying 2-3, and choosing the best-fitting one and returning the rest. I would recommend buying the size 1 to 2 sizes larger than what you think you need and just see how it fits. But once you find the right one, these are a great option for al your Octoberfest needs! Zufa!!!

Going to Oktoberfest 25 and wanted to get these in US instead of Germany. They seem pretty well made, definitely not a costume, seem authentic to me. Not sure why all the comments about ordering way up. I'm 6' 175lbs and wear a 33 in Levi jeans. I ordered a 34 and they seem perfect. Plenty of room in the waist but maybe a little snug in the upper thigh.. I wore for an hour and they started to relax so I'm happy with 1 size up. On a side note, I did also order the longer ones too.. didn't like them, too bulky and heavy for travel so keeping these.

Sizing is all wrong. I normally wear a 31 or 32 for pants. I ordered a 32. Way too tight. Can't get them on. I ordered a 33, which are somehow event tighter than the 32. The size numbers apparently mean nothing. I am just going with a different brand that I don't like as much because I don't have a desire to order 12 different pairs in 12 different sizes to find one that fits.

Love these Lederhosen.... First off, these run small. I wear a 30-32” pant and got the 32”.. BIG MISTAKE. I could not even get these on. I am in the process of returning these.. in the mean time, I got a size 36” and they fit perfectly! Second, these are 100% leather!! The lining is polyester (as expected) I think these are a fantastic value. The last time I went to Oktoberfest, (September 2012), I paid €180 ($220 at the time) for a pair of lederhosen. These are less than HALF the price (negating inflation) and look fantastic. Do yourself a favor, buy these in advance and use the $100 towards beer.. bc Oktoberfest is CASH ONLY.

Great quality held up very well to a full week in Germany for Octoberfest. This set is a little more expensive than other sets here on Amazon bit do yourself a favor and spend the extra. My brother purchased a full kit from another vendor and the leather quality was atrocious, he regrets not going with this pair. It definitely runs on the small size, I went a size up. It takes a night for it to break in, was stiff and a little hard to sit down the first night, understandable for thick leather pants. I would recommend wearing it for a hour or two around the house when you first get it. Do some squats, walk around, dance on your kitchen table, emulate the Octoberfest vibes, breaking it in a little will make your night out more comfortable.

Le pantalon est très joli et de très bonne qualité mais la taille ne correspond pas du tout. Il est beaucoup trop petit par rapport au taille standard, et il n'y a pas de tableau avec les mesures pour trouver votre taille exacte. Dommage.

Very well made. Darker colour than expected,was described as mid brown and i would describe it as dark brown but that is subjective. Amazon sizing information is not appropriate. I take a size 40 in shorts, which i like to have loose fitting and the lederhosen size 56 was just right. There is a tie at the back for small adjustment as the lether may be stiff to start with. I normally use braces as i don't like to have the waist too tight when working with lots of bending so these are perfect for me.

Wenn man kein waschechter Bayer ist und nicht so viel wert auf eine extrem hochwertige Lederhose legt, dann ist diese hier genau richtig. Leder ist von guter Qualität, Knöpfe und Nähte halten. Bei der Größe stimmen die Angaben allerdings überhaupt nicht. Zuerst in 52 (meine Normalgröße) bestellt. Viel zu eng...hab die Hose bei weitem nicht zubekommen. Dachte mir, wenn die tatsächlich so eng ausfällt bestellst du dir gleich 2 Nummern größer. Pustekuchen! 56 war dann wiederum viel zu groß. Ohne die Träger wäre die mir doch glatt vom A*** gerutscht. Also gut, aller guten Dinge sind drei. Also nochmal in 54 bestellt. Passt wie angegossen. Sobald sie eingetragen ist, wird sie perfekt sitzen. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, gutes Produkt zu kleinem Preis.

Quest è un vestito serio non un costume,di qualità molto alta, è di pelle molto pesante e morbida scamosciata, non puzza assolutamente come dicono, le bretelle sono incluse e sono lunghissime tanto che dovrò aggiungere un buco, per quanto riguarda le misure ho preso una 64 EU 48 US, il girovita misura circa 123 cm con i cordini (sempre di pelle) dietro stretti al massimo, ma potrebbe aumentare di 5 o 6 cm mollandoli al massimo, le coscie sono aderenti le mie misurano 66. Fibbie in ferro, quasi tutto perfetto forse solo le bretelle sembrano un po' sottili, se non reggeranno durante la festa modifichero la recensione.
