This item is almost identical to the other item with a more reasonable price. It arrived within a day or so, was packaged securely and was ready to use immediately. It did not come with directions however, I was able to view how-to-use videos on the sellers page that explained how to utilize the item.Overall, the item is awesome! I use it on my face at least 2 times per week. The pores on my nose are now clean with all blackheads removed!
