The padded handlebars protect his hands while he grips on tight as he bounces high into the air. The spring is fantastic! The color is his favorite, green. With so many pogo sticks on the market, it took a lot of research for me to decide on this one and in the end it definitely paid off. Never go with the cheapest one.
