NILO Lego baseplate Duplo baseplate. Two Sided. 12" x 32" Each & 24" x 32" Total Area. Made in U.S.A.

This is the only non LEGO brand, Lego clone, that I have found to have quality equal to or higher than LEGO brand. I especially like the Duplo side, as it has the style of Duplo bump found on the newer Duplo plates (but still not used on the LEGO brand Duplo baseplate). This style of bump is the style that works best for attaching both Duplo and regular Lego scale pieces.These are much more sturdy than the LEGO brand base plates (either Duplo or regular Lego scale).The green these come in is a shade much closer to nature than the LEGO brand now uses (LEGO has switched to this bright green, and lowered the quality of their base plates).The blue is slightly darker than the LEGO brand, but still very nice.But Pink is my favorite color, so I really like these in the pink.

*Review: Great Product! Love the pink color, looks better than pictured..I hope purple will be an option sometime. It's a lot brighter pink than shown in the picture. It kind of matches the darker pink on the little people klip Klop stable. It's a very nice dark bright pink color and you won't be disappointed. Matches the princess pink tones and is great color for girls.*When buying: make sure you read what you are getting, some are sold as just one mat and others (like mine) comes with two mats. They both are reversible, meaning one side of the mat is lego and the other side is duplo compatible.*Dimensions: One mat is 12" x 32" ...with two mats you get 24" x 32" these are very large mats.*ideas: I don't have room for a lego table, so I went to Home Depot and got a marker board for less than 7 bucks and had them cut it to size.Placed the two Nilo mats on the wood side of the market board, and placed trim around it. That way I can flip it over to use the marker board to draw on. If you are a wood worker, I would make a frame and router it but I am not that ambitious. My goal was to make a portable surface that could be moved anywhere...since I don't have room for a lego table right now.

My son has these in blue and we love them! We first put them on an old train table for the perfect play table. However, he has now out grown his table (but not his Legos) so we attached them on the bottom and he easily slides them under his bed. Love these mats! We have 3 Lego brand mats as well and these are bigger and more sturdy. He often put the Lego mats on these to create a village/town.
