Works great on wavy quilt borders.
As a long arm quilter, one of the most frustrating things is a wavy quilt border or too much fullness in a seam or block. I was working on a quilt (pictured above) to enter in the county fair and the edges of the triangles are on the "bias" of the fabric, which is very stretchy. Long story short, I had twice as much fabric as there was space for it. After researching for a solution, Flatter was highly recommended. I already had a bottle on hand and liberally spritzed the area giving me grief, adjusted the fabric and sprayed again, soaking the area. The next day, after letting it completely dry, the fullness was more than half gone and I was able to complete the design without issue. The fragrance is great and doesn't aggravate my allergies at all. I use it to press my fabric before cutting and it leaves a nice finish with a hint of lingering fragrance. Highly recommend this for quilters.

Love the smell and the sprayer
As most people noted, the scent is very nice. Makes my fabric have a nice lingering aroma for days afterwards which I think is great.I got Yuzu, which is floral with a strong hint of some citrus but not lemons. I’m going to keep buying cause I just love it. I’m going to try the other scents too cause already it’s Devine. And it makes my sewing room smells just lovely too.In regards to how well it works. It’s a little better than water to be honest. So using a water sprayer when pressing your fabric would technically work. But the scent is what keeps me wanting to buy more. A luxury I guess. I’ve seen the way some quilters spray starch and all those other sprays... I’m more of a subtle sprayer as I don’t like soaking my fabric in it to gunk up my iron. But I do use enough to get the job done. It lasts longer doing it that way anyways so win win for me. 🥰I also purchased it cause I heard that the other alternatives like starch and sizing can attract bugs and I do not want that.

A-MAZING! A must-have for quilters!
If you quilt, you NEED this product! I have quilted for over 20 years and used great steam irons or Mary Ellen's Best starch but nothing ever really got those fabric fold creases out completely... until FLATTER. I didn't believe it at first but after reluctantly trying it, I was immediately sold! Now, I use it on every piecing project that has bias edges (like HST, curves, etc.) and to get those seams to lay the direction I want them to go. It's not starch but it gives your fabric a little body and stability so you can obtain those perfect points and seam matches. Love this product so much. My favorite scents are Pineapple (smells like summer!) and Yuzu; my sister loves Celebration. Flatter makes quilting even more enjoyable!

Good For Smoothing Fabrics
This is a smoothing spray not a starch. I have used 3 scents so far and my favorite is the Fig scent. I use it when I am quilting to press open sewn quilt pieces and don't want the hard stiffness of starch. The spray nozzle is small and can pose a problem for those with arthritic hands. And the spray distribution is limited. I pour the product into a fine mist, easy pump sprayer. It is a great product but expensive so I don't use it for anything else.

Nice scent
I haven’t decided if this performs as well as Best Press, but I do love the scent. It helps to press quilt blocks and opens seams. Rather a small bottle for the price.

A really good non-starch product.
I was using something else. I iron a lot because I’m a quilter. Flatter is actually better than my previous brand and it’s slightly cheaper.
