Premium Bread Flour 5lb | Wheat Flour | Ideal for Breads & Pizza Dough | Heartland Gourmet

I’ve tried a few different premium bread flours from major brands and took a chance of this one from Heartland Gourmet. I’ve been using it for a few months, making bread, rolls, dough, cookies. It gives me consistent results every time and I’ll probably order it again soon.

This has to be the freshest bread flour I've ever had. The taste in my bread was exceptional. Yes, it's expensive but worth it. I believe that the shipping costs are a tad too costly and that may very well hold back my next purchase.

During the covid crisis there was barely any bread flour to be seen. A ridiculous price, and not one I would entertain outside of a pandemic, the bread we made with this flour turned out beautifully.

Good product. It worked well when I followed the very detailed instructions but as soon as I got it going, I ran out of steam so I haven’t got a loaf to show off

Bought it for my wife since I don’t know how to bake but she will never buy any other brand again , she’s raving for it and the stuff she made are so delicious 😋
