Works perfectly well; stores CO2 cartridge
Upon receipt, I tested the inflator on my tubeless tire with presta valves. I did so in the safety of my garage with an air compresser handy, instead of hoping for the best on some mountainside. I suggest everyone do this with all equipment, to ensure you know hot to use it, and that it operates properly. This is a very simple device to operate, and I have no idea why negative reviews complain of confusing operation, inability to store cartridges, or lost air (unless they need to replace the O ring).Tips for an awesome experience:1. Store inside a pack or plastic bag, to prevent debris from getting in. You should do this with any CO2 inflator! I cringe at the thought of using a dust-filled nozzle that won't screw on.2. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. This isn't rocket science. Most complaints seem to be due to failure to read instructions.3. Check the O ring, regularly. Ensure it is in good condition, to prevent air escape. A spare O ring is provided, as seen in my photo.4. Insert the CO2 cartridge UPSIDE DOWN to store it. Some people complain you can't store it without puncturing, simply because they failed to invert it.5. Operate the lever GENTLY. Opening it fast is necessary when inflating a tubeless tire, to ram it onto the rim. Otherwise, turn the lever slowly, to have a chance to shut it off in case the valve seal is not tight. As clearly outlined in the instructions, do not turn past 90° (1/4 turn); opening it too much will allow air to escape through the lever threads.6. Before removing the inflator from the valve, TURN OFF THE LEVER. I have witnessed tires deflating due to an open valve on more than one occasion. Don't be that sap stuck on the trail, asking for a spare cartridge.I have had a positive use experience. I like that the product is lightweight, guards against hand freeze without futzing around with a neoprene sleeve, and safely stores a cartridge inside. The simple mechanism is easy to maintain. I would buy this for a riding buddy any day.UPDATE:Finally got to use this myself. Got a sidewall puncture diving into a bed of sharp rocks at the very top of the mountain, on an expert trail. Advice: don't dive into a bed of sharp rocks at the top of an expert trail, when your front tire is flat.Be sure the valve is closed BEFORE screwing the cartridge in. Open the valve slowly; you can close it again quickly, to keep the cartridge somewhat charged. This is useful to top off the tire further down the trail, or when a second hole is found and you need a bit more pressure to get it sealed. The case doesn't get unbearably cold, which is also good.I found inflating Presta valves is easier by simply pressing the Inflator on and holding in place. Screwing it on risks loosening tubeless stems and unscrewing the valve.Still very impressed with this inflator!

Used for motorcycle tires.
I use this for my motorcycle to "top off" the tires when I am camping nowhere near a gas station. I carry many cartridges with just in case of a real flat I can get the tire inflated enough to ride. They work great and it is even better that you can store a new 16g cartridge upside down and it is always handy. This item is of much better quality than other ones I have had and broken.Details: one 16g canister adds around 5 psi to a 180/55 -17 tire.FYI: I had to contact customer support, and they are FANTASTIC. I would buy from them again.Hope this helps! If so please click the "helpful" button, and if you have any question feel free to ask!

Should have purchased years ago
Probably the best bike tool investment I've ever made. I've had a menagerie of different hand/foot pumps to take with me on rides- ranging from $10 to $75. They all sucked. I don't know if it's primarily the presta valves on my tubes (which I've never had much ease of use with even after 7-8 years of hard riding) or the pumps in general- but I do know that in the process of switching a tube on the side of the road, I can remove the wheel, remove the tire, and then the tube in <3 minutes. But the inflating with janky pumps always turned it into a 20 minute ordeal. But no longer.I don't know if it was the idea that using a CO2 pump meant that I could essentially run out of air to inflate my tires during one of the less than fortunate pop-swap-pop again incidents (and I'll never take the hand pump out of my bag despite how much I despise it) or some safety concern to do with having CO2 cartridges in my bag that kept me from purchasing a CO2 inflator sooner- but this pump is a game changer for me. 99% of it (for me personally) is that it will screw onto your valve stem. This effectively eliminated the old need for holding the pump head perfectly so that I'm not losing as much air as I'm putting in while trying to pump it up with the other hand.If you also fight with your hand pumps with presta or schraeder valves- or maybe you're a bit newer to riding and want to eliminate some of the annoyances that will eventually present themselves during a road side flat- buy one of these and save the aspirin.Thank you for providing a great product and happy riding.*Edit for clarification.

I really like this inflator
I really like this inflator. Easy to use..fit well where my hand pump would go. Had to use and it worked just like it should. the control volume is sensitive but works to control the air. I used this on a mountain bike 29". Its about one cartridge per tire.

Perfect product
What I like about this inflator is the knob that you can adjust to put air in the tire, my previous one didn't have that and sometimes the entire cartridge would pump air outside the tire with no way to stop it. This tool is very sturdy and very easy to use, you can't go wrong buying it.

Taugt leider gar nichts!

Small and discreet.
I bought this for my son who's been 'the butt of a joke' or as I see it, being bullied. At school, he has the air let out of his tyres at least once a week for the last year. It was getting him down, so I bought him this perfect little pump. Now he doesn't care if the air has been let out of his tyres now, as they're pumped in seconds. The Bully doesn't know he has this pump, so my son can leave school at the same time as everyone else, and there must be one or two wondering 'How did he do that?'. Hopefully, he'll be left alone now.

Purchased this great little CO2 inflator for my husbands birthday and he loves it!...he had a problem with the first time use ,but it turned out to be no fault of the tool( a bad cyclist always blames his tyres etc ). A quick email to the company's customer service ,to which I received a reply almost instantly! and a replacement was sent the following day!!. The probike tool is an amazing piece of essential cycling kit ,forget the arm aching pump and enjoy the peace of mind that this little gem will sort your flat tyre quickly and efficiently with no effort at all. Please make sure that the Co2 canister is totally empty before removing it from the inflator ,it will blow your seal if not and it's then hard to remove the blown expanded seal . .....my husband said the canister was empty before he removed it 🙄...men to the left because women are ALWAYS right ...just sayin 😬. Forget the rest, just buy the best, complete with first class after sales service!

CO2 Inflater. THIS IS THE BEST BY A MILE!
Superbly made CO2 inflater. Lovely detail great trigger lock off / on regulator allowing you to control the rate and amount of gas used. This piece of kit if you look after it will last year's not months as the cheaper plastic alternatives do.Its made and engineered from high grade Aluminium and yes it's not the cheapest but as it will outlast other alternative products it becomes superb value for money over the long term. This is why I purchased this inflater10/10 on quality and design.

It does feel like a good quality product and I have tested it ...
To be honest I have never has a CO2 pump before so I can't compare it to others, but with buying a new bike with rimless tyres I thought it would be a wise investment. It does feel like a good quality product and I have tested it by inflating a flat tire on my mountain bike and it does inflate it very quickly with minimal effort. The only concern of mine was how cold the canister gets when you operate it, but it does have an outer sleeve to protect your hand but the actual valve itself went cold and white with a frosty covering. I only hope that it doesn't become weak and crack whilst it is under such temperature changes. Overall I am happy its a useful product addition to my emergency break down kit for my new road bile. There are other CO2 pumps out there, but they would have to be pretty amazing to feel more quality than this one. I hope when I go to use it when I need it it will perform as well as in the test case with the mountain bike.

High quality stylish, light product.
Solid build very high quality. The red leaver is really easy to turn on and off with one hand and loading the canister is equally as easy. All the threads on this product are well made and thick so would not be easy to damage when setting up the canister. It feels very robust compact and well made. They also provide a second rubber valve in case the one in the lid degrades over time. It arrived in a very nice plastic box with graphics printed and would make a great gift for any biker. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Don’t leave home without it!
Really nice bit of kit. If you like well made quality items this ones for you. The control lever to regulate flow is brilliant. I can’t really understand how the other ones work properly. Maybe I’m just very fussy about how I replace my inner tubes. Firstly, I always refill the punctured inner tube to locate the leak. I do this so I can check there’s nothing stuck in the tyre that will puncture the next inner tube. Secondly, I put a bit of air in the new tube to avoid any pinches when I put the tyre back on. Doing all of this with a one shot inflator isn’t possible. I’ve heard you can do the earlier steps by mouth. Yuck! Not for me.

Great Design
This is a nicely designed product. It has a lifetime guarantee with it and the company (Pro Bike) are in contact with you to say that! I hope that I never have to use it in anger on my bike - I have used it on my grandson's buggy and it performed well; just remember to have your hand covered as advised in the instructions...

cannot recommend it highly
Had a puncture (rear tyre - isn't it always) on my morning commute today with the temperature around 2 degrees celsius. No disposable gloves so by the time I was ready to inflate my hands were covered in chain oil and I could hardly feel them. This bit of a kit was quite simply superb and had the tyre inflated in the blink of an eye. The thumb lever also allowed me to retain some of the CO2 in the bulb so win win. cannot recommend it highly enough

Makes me want to get a puncture.
I love this. It's very well-made, robust, compact enough to fit inside a tool canister and looks great too! Oh and it is also very easy to use. Just press the valve head in, tighten up the nozzle and there you go. Highly recommended and while it costs a little bit more than just a nuzzle inflator, this really is a case of getting what you pay for.

Good little co2 pump
Good little co2 pump. Fits Schrader vales easy screw end piece on like a normal pump. Presta valve you have to push on then turn the end bit to screw on to the thread as always taking care not to cross thread. Smaller thread for the presta valve is further inside the head unit past the o ring.Have been using generic co2 cartridges Generic Unisex C1610T1 Threaded Chargers, Silver, 16 g and seems ok. don't over tighten the case as it is only a case to protect from the chill.Hold the casing in one hand and turn the leaver under control with the other hand. Not worth premium price
I paid extra for this as you can get cheaper ones, so was expecting quality, I was wrong, the pin inside to pierce the canisters is blunt and won’t Pearce anything no matter how tight you screw it.Basically not fit for purpose and unusable

Broke after 1st use
Rubber seals broke when tested item, the on/off lever spins so cannot use cannisters. returned for a refund
