Lovely adult coloring book

I got this for my sister and it pulled her in fast. The designs are detailed and really beautiful, so she just settled in and kept going without even realizing how much time had passed. It has that super calming, creative feel that makes it easy to unwind and just focus on the page in front of you.

Full of beautiful pictures.... Each page is full of detail, and fun to color.... Love this brand so many different kinds of books tho choose from. I looked over all kinds of reviews before making a purchase, I looked over lots of the pictures posted as well. Very impressed with them. Have only colored a few pictures, but a great way to pass time. I would recommend for anyone who may be recovering from a surgery like myself. I also purchased staedtler triplus fineliner 0.3 mm 36 pack which included the neon colors, I would recommend them. Love them i may try and find some a little bigger. But these are great for small details. I also purchased a pack of Lolliz gel pens 48 pack, tip range from 0.6 to 1.0. I DO NOT recommend them for the following reason they take a while to dry, i have smeared multiple places on the pages. Not fun tho cover up. I plan on returning the Lolliz gel pens. I will try again with a different brand for now i will use the 16 pack I bought at Wal-Mart. I also made a page protector out of a placemat from the dollar store. A child's plastic one, cut it in half, rounded the coners. I place it behind the page I'm Coloring as a precaution, it also helps with keeping my place in the book. They may make something like this but it only cost a dollar and it works so well. Just make sure it's smooth or when you use color pencils it will leave a texture. Plus at times I push hard on the page this stops it from denting or leaving an impression on the next page. I hope sharing my experience, thoughts and ideas help you. Reading other peoples reviews is what helped me making a decision on my purchases.

I am an adult who loves to color. Because I love to color animals and landscapes as opposed to patterns and mandalas, there are even fewer adult coloring books that I really like. This one is perfect! The graceful lines and patterns are pleasing, and I love having an animal as the central theme of the pattern. The art is beautiful. I am really enjoying this coloring book. It is almost perfect. The beautiful line drawings are printed on both sides of the paper. So if you color one side with markers (which are perfect for these drawings) the other side is ruined. However, what I do with almost all of my coloring books is scan them into the computer as soon as I receive them - then I have the drawings to print out and color over and over again, so if I do color one in the book, I can always print out the reverse side drawing to color later. Dover put out one or two coloring books that came in book form and with a CD-ROM of the drawings. I wish they would do all of them this way. I'd gladly pay a little more.

Wonderful animal designs! I love it. The patterns are so different from anything else I e seen, I think it stimulates my allover creativity even after I’m finished coloring.

I have wanted to get an Adult coloring book for quite some time now. Ever since I was as a child, I have always enjoyed coloring and I never out grew enjoying the activity. I used to color with children that I babysat for when I was a teen. Then, I used to color with my children when they were young. Next, I would color with my Grandchildren, and while they are still young enough to enjoy coloring, I don’t get to see them all that often in order to get to enjoy coloring with them. Over the years, I have bought myself some coloring books, coloring pencils and some crayons, just so I could enjoy the relaxing activity of coloring. I would try to pick coloring books that were not as childish as most of the others, but until recently, there wasn’t really much to choose from in the coloring book genre that wasn’t geared towards children. I am an animal lover, so I chose this coloring book of animal designs. This book contains 30 pages of mixed designs featuring animals, birds, insects and aquatic life. Each page is printed on just one side, so you can use marker or paint and not worry about it bleeding through and messing up the next design. Being printed on just one side also allows you to remove pages from the book should you want to display them or give them away. I have only started on picture so far, but I can already tell that this book will provide me hours of relaxing entertainment! I purchased this item at the regular price at which it was offered for personal use. I did NOT receive any type of promotional discount in exchange for this review. This is a GORGEOUS colouring book. The images are all beautiful! There is a great variety and each image fits the art nouveau theme quite well. The only page that seems "off" is one featuring a cat and a cocker spaniel, since most others are wildlife. There are many underwater and fish designs which I looove. - All images have a black border and don't go to the edge of the pages (typical of art nouveau). The pages are perforated for easy tearing out! - There a little over 30 pages (not sure exactly how many since I tore some out), and they are printed on only one side of the page. - The quality of the paper is great. I'm not sure it's thick enough to watercolour heavily but if you use markers, you'll be thrilled with the one-sided pages. - The print quality is perfect (you can see this in my review pic). All lines are crisp and clean and that doesn't vary by page like others I've used. Overall, this is one of my favourites and I'd definitely consider buying another one as a gift for anyone who uses books like these! This is a fantastic price for the quality and the number of pages. Loving these Marty Noble books.

It's OK. The designs are pretty, but I got frustrated as I would be coloring a section, only to find the lines didn't match up to close the section. I do like that pages are single sided since my markers bled through.

formato grande, un libretto di non tantissime pagine, con disegni solo su una facciata e la possibilità di staccare i fogli poiché sono traforati all'interno vari disegni coi contorni fini e sul tema della natura, compreso il pavone della facciata, che è stato la ragione per cui l'ho preso sinceramente rispetto ad altri album, un po' una delusione, pensavo di trovare chissà che.... invece liberty forse vuol solo dire.... disegni di animali. ok sono ignorante!!!!

Les dessins sont superbes, on prends plaisir a rentrée dans cet univers, et a y mettre de la couleur. Je le recommande vivement !

片面印刷で切り取れます。 数えてみたところ、イラストは31枚ありました。 色鉛筆で塗ったので裏面が染みる事はありませんでしたが、手持ちの「自律神経を整えるぬり絵」に比べると紙は薄いです。 塗り心地(触り心地)にあまり差はないように感じました。 動物、特に鳥類多めです。 魚や昆虫(蝶トンボ蝸牛)等も出て来るので、飽きなくて良いかも？！ デザインはどれも素敵で大満足です。 私は片面切り取りが大前提でぬりえを探し歩いたのですが、日本のぬりえ本は両面タイプが多くて… あとデザインが小さすぎたり、線が薄かったり細いのもストレスになるので避けています。 このcreative havenシリーズ？はそんな私の要望を満たしてくれています。 普通の本屋さんには置いてないので、手に取って中身を確認出来ないのが残念ですね。 もう少し厚みがあれば☆5でした。

This is just so lovely, too nice to colour in! The designs are intricate enough to really immerse yourself in, and the paper is reasonable quality, though a little on the thin side. The pictures are printed both sides, so bleed through has been a slight problem. I would recommend using coloured pencils.
