Skin Therapy Cleansing Face Wash & Makeup Remover (6.5 Oz)

I love the way it smells and the way it feels on my skin. I think it really hydrates and deep cleans my skin. I am noticing a difference. However, you have to use it in a very specific way!!! Ideally: 1) you scrub it in with dry hands on a dry face for no more than 60 seconds 2) then you wet your hands slightly with warm water and scrub again no more than 60 seconds 3) wash it off (warm water and washcloth, whatever) 4) wash your face with a water-based cleanser for at least another 60 seconds (or longer with this one) 5) wash it off 6) moisturize (60 seconds, etc) If you scrub the oil cleanser in for too long you can actually end up kind of clogging your pores and getting breakouts.

I use this as my first cleanse when I double cleanse my face. It leaves skin soft and helps to cleanse off makeup and sunscreen. I also use it to massage my face, it helps moisturize and assists facial tools to glide over the skin. Effective and a good value.

easy to use. no irritation for the skin. smells great, lasts long and no greasiness. very moisturizing, the bottle size is prefect and ingredients are very eco friendly.

Really love this cleansing oil! ✨ It melts makeup off easily and leaves my skin feeling soft, clean, and moisturized — not dry or tight. The light scent is nice, and a little product goes a long way. It feels gentle on my skin and works great for removing makeup at the end of the day. Definitely a staple in my skincare routine!

This product works amazingly well at removing makeup while preventing that tight feeling skin can get from regular cleansing. I would have given it 5 stars, but they put fragrance in it. I love perfume and scented lotions, but I never want fragrance in the skincare that I use on my face. Also, it implies that you can use this to remove makeup from your eyes, but I don’t recommend it. Anyway, it’s a great product that could be better without the scent.

L❤️VE this stuff! Makes my skin feel amazingly soft and clean! I use it every night to take my makeup off and it’s so easy and gentle! Doesn’t make my skin oily at all! Great for mature skin and I can skip moisturizer at night! Pulls mascara and waterproof eyeliner off like a dream without me having to scrub! 20/10! Will be a regular purchase for me! A little goes a long way! I purchased this months ago and still have like half a bottle after using daily! Great value for the price!

I believe no matter your skin type this is gentle enough for everyone! It's helped with the texture of my skin and helped to pull excess oils and dirt out of my pores. I tried it on a whim a few months ago and I love it ☺️ make sure that you either put some water on your face first, or after you've applied the oil add some water to it and gently massage your face and areas you typically have blackheads or pimples! It's super gentle yet effective on any pimples I do get but it also seems to keep them away. I'm 32 and only occasionally get acne but I know everyone's skin and system is different, I also tend to get redness on my cheeks but this has soothed it. My skin is typically a mix between dry and oily and this cleanser keeps it moisturized without making me oily. The scent is very pretty too but it doesn't irritate my skin. If you're debating trying it, I say go for it!

I switched to this after using a traditional foaming face wash that was starting to leave my skin feeling tight, and I honestly didn’t expect to like an oil cleanser as much as I do. I was worried it would feel greasy or leave a residue, but it doesn’t at all. It rinses off really clean with warm water and my skin just feels soft—not stripped. One of the biggest things for me is how well it removes makeup. I use tubing mascara, and this breaks it down so easily that it just slides off my lashes without me having to rub at all and cause damage to my lashes, which I really appreciate. It also has a light scent from the rosehip that makes it feel a little more elevated without being overpowering. I like that it doesn’t have parabens or mineral oil. Even though it’s marketed for the face, I’ve actually used it on my body as well and it works just as nicely. Only small thing is that if you’re used to a foaming cleanser, it takes a couple uses to adjust to the texture—but once you do, it’s hard to go back.

Durante minha gestação usei o óleo e hidrante dessa marca e simplesmente amei! Achei que o óleo de limpeza me entregaria tanto quanto, mas me decepcionei um pouco! Não é ruim, de jeito nenhum. Cumpre a função. Mas não atendeu minha expectativa.

I really like this product and how it makes my skin feel. I think my skin looks radiant after using the Palmer's Oil Cleanser. However, the Palmer's Cleansing Oil was not at all what I expected. For one thing, it doesn't feel remotely "oily". It feels more like your typical facial cleanser without oil. Secondly, when you add water and lather the cleanser on your face, it foams. This really surprised me. Generally, a person does not expect an oil to foam. Not sure what ingredient is causing the cleanser to foam. Typically foaming ingredients tend to be drying and I personally don't feel like the foaming adds anything special and I could live without it. On a positive note, this cleanser does seem to be mild. I have extremely sensitive skin and I have not broken out since using this cleanser. Also, I am oily in the T-zone and "normal" on my cheeks. I have used the Palmer's cleansing oil all over my face without clogging my pores or having an allergic reaction. Many reviewers mention the fragrance but I don't even notice the fragrance. I do wish the Cleanser were slightly more moisturizing. It is not as moisturizing as I expected. I have started using retin-A at night so wanted a mild cleanser which would be moisturizing and not drying. The Palmer's cleanser doesn't seem to be drying, though, as I mentioned, I am not sure it is super-moisturizing. Ultimately, I continue to use the Palmer's Cleansing Oil regularly to wash my face & remove makeup so I do recommend.

The texture of this cleansing oil is very light and it cleans very well. It does not leave your skin feeling oily

I purchased this to oil cleanse with a silicone face brush and oh my lanta I was not expecting it to have such an effect on the redness that plagues my skin! Despite all the scrubbing my skin was the least inflamed it’s ever been in just ONE use (I’m assuming it’s the rosehip oil?). My only wish is that it wasn’t so heavily fragranced.
