Q: Any chance i could use these for a tv wall mount? no studs available.

If you have studs, but they are not where you want to hang the TV, do this: Use a 1 x 4 and mount that to the available studs.then, use regular screws to mount the TV to the 1 x 4. So, for instance, if you have a stud every 16 inches, you would use a 36" piece of 1 x 4, and mount that to three studs, each stud being 16" center to center. Then, mount the TV to the 1 x 4.

Q: I want to hang a 6 ft dry erase board that has two mounting brackets that weighs about 30-50lbs. What is this items weight rating?

50lbs each. So you are good to 100lbs. Great anchors!

Q: I just want to hang curtains without the screw pulling out of the wall. Will this work with the ordinary curtain rod bracket?

These are fantastic for anything that is 50lbs. or less. Predrill a small hole with a straight drill bit. Predrilling the hole makes it so very easy. Next screw in the plastic anchor. Work on 1 side at a time - but be sure you use a level to hang it straight. Next place the curtain rod...then the metal screw. You can be sure that when you open your curtains there is a lot of strength holding them up.

Q: Is the end of the anchor suppose to open up like a mouth after you drill into it? Because its not happening for me.

Lightly hammer in tip until it stops. Then screw with phillips screw driver the rest of the way. Best anchors I have ever used!
