This is great especially for the price it fits well it's flattering and it washes really well I bought it for my college aged son he's a soccor player he's naturally tall and lean but has been lifting weights to get some definition in his arms and shoulders this top really shows off his hard work in a way that others do not it's also thick enough that it'll suffice as a layer under these jacket like flannel shirts that are in fashion at the moment the neckline is much more flattering than a plain crew neck the sleeves are long enough for his long arms too which isn't always the case in fact he liked this so much in the steel grey color and I appreciated how it held up in the wash that I ordered the army green and the navy those were the only others colors that he'd wear otherwise I'd get a couple more he's always looking for long tops I bought another one for my husband he also found it comfortable and flattering but he's much more easily pleased and doesn't pay as much attention to his clothing as my son does all in all I got four of these for roughly the same price I've often paid for one long sleeved shirt for my son they're great basic everyday wear and I would definitely recommend

great gift! got a few of these for my father and boyfriend for Christmas and he loves them. material is durable, and they aren’t too tight fitting. great for layering in the winter or warm enough by itself for the fall. def recommend for the guys.

UPDATE... I am finding this shirt to be one of the warmest shirts ever! At first I thought it wasn't that thick but you know what it is. I compared it to another Hanes top I got here, and this is very thick. Very thick. It has become my favorite shirt actually. Especially during these cold times! I wish I would have gotten more especially since they were on sale! It's soft, it's exceptionally durable, it keeps you very warm, the material is good. Really good. The issue I have is that only men's shirts seem to be made really well. All cotton or thick or things like that. And that is really irritating. I am glad I was able to fit into the shirt like no tomorrow. I went by the measurements. The sleeves might be a little long yet. That's okay because I really love this shirt! That is why I did it. Updated review and gave it five stars instead of four. If you can get it on sale get a couple of them. It is well worth it. I'm beating myself up because I didn't get more than one! And it was more than 50% off so I was so utterly happy. A really good product, well made now they just have to start making women's products just as well

I’ve been wearing this Hanes Beefy-T Henley for a while now, and it’s honestly one of those simple shirts that just does everything right. The material feels thicker and more durable than most basic tees, but still soft and comfortable enough to wear all day. The fit is relaxed without being baggy, and the 3-button style gives it a slightly nicer look than a regular t-shirt, so it works for both casual days and going out. It’s held up well after multiple washes.

Fit Reference: 5'7" 175lbs. with solid build. Bought Hanes Beefyt Henley shirts to replace worn out t-shirts. The shirts were made in El Salvador, Haiti, Guatemala & Honduras. In my opinion, the Henley has a better appearance than undershirts/tees under a collared casual shirt or flannel. To avoid close fitting undershirts, I like to up a size for comfort. In this brand, the XL is slightly larger than the L & works because the Henley is not too bulky. The fabric is 100% cotton & breathes well. As far as quality goes there were no big issues for material & assembly, including the buttons. There was the odd funky seam stitching or loose termination threads. In summary, it all adds up to 4-stars, minus 1-star for the inconsistent quality control but for the price I don't think you can beat the value.

I really like henley shirts and this one is one of my fav, it sits well and it feels comfortable without looking baggy or tight you know.. awkward looking. The material feels nice and it is quite comfy, good for casual wear and easy to throw on with some dark jeans. bought it a while back and it held up well after multiple washes. I would definitely recommend it.
