Started with the last one, and now I’m at the very last one, every week I would try to change the one I was on. I didn’t measure myself either… I wear it religiously on the weekends and 1 hour while I get ready for work and 2 hours after work during the week days. Obviously it’s not going to help if you’re not working out or eating right.
