I bought this for my nephew and he is addicted to it from day one.

Does not heat up, it took almost 2 hours to heat a frozen pizza, I looked at videos and followed recommendations, but this thing doesn’t work, I had a similar gadget which is no longer made, and I unfortunately lost in a move called the pizza box, sold by sharper image, that was far superior to this travesty, I will be returning this pile of metal garbage, I am extremely dissatisfied

I can't speak for the longevity of this device yet, but I can say it's getting a lot of use so far! My dad went on a homemade-pizza kick starting right before the covid lockdowns. The oven was constantly in use, and with summer heating up that's not really practical. I bought him one of these pizza makers for Father's Day. We have since made several pizzas in it, as well as cookies and other things that we normally don't make in the summer because we don't want to heat up the house. (My entire family loves to cook, so this is a Godsend!) I will give one warning: If you use parchment paper, don't let it touch the heating element!!! That heating element gets hot enough to IGNITE the parchment paper! Fortunately when it happened I was right there, and was able to put out the fire before it caused any damage. But learn from my mistake, and keep the parchment paper flat!

It isn't what it claims to be. There are a few things I will share. It came in bent and I saw some other buyers had the same issue. Wonder why they didn't do a QC when sending these to buyers. It's made very flimsy. It doesn't have dual temp control and barely gets hot inside. I tested with a thin tortilla to see how hot it gets and it didn't cook it. Took forever to just warm it a little bit. And the heat just autoshuts before it reaches to the desired temp. Infact it never reached the desired temp. In my opinion, it's extremely overpriced. I would not pay that kind d price for a barely warming tray. Returning it.

Disklike the fact that the turn table is easily moved off center which stops the rotation but it’s easily corrected. That’s minimal compared to the delish and quick food it makes. Super crispy and fast. My kids and I love using it!

Doesn’t broil from the top. The bottom bakes very well but the dough will still look white from the top

For pizza I have not tried yet, but I bought this to makes naan, but after certain time the temperature drops down automatically which makes hard to cook the naan and takes for ever.

This is a great pizza maker for frozen and homemade pizza! My 4 year old grandson loves to make his own pizzas with it also! He thinks he’s a real chef 👩‍🍳 easy to use, easy to clean. Doesn’t take a lot of cabinet space! Perfect pizza every time!

Takes a long time to cook a pizza

If you’re looking to make naan with this, don’t bother. The bottom cooks well but even after half an hour the top part has no brown bits. Even if it did, I don’t want to spend a whole half hour to cook ONE naan. The top element did not turn red even on the highest setting. The tray had ridges and wasn’t flat. It’s not stable (I guess to enable it to rotate) but I could not spread the dough directly onto the non stick tray. I wanted it to work so bad but it was a HUGE fail. Maybe it was a dud? Who knows. It was just a no from me. Had it returned the very next day.
