Helped with leg cramps during pregnancy
I used this product during my second and third trimester of pregnancy, at night, to help with cramping in my legs. Although I woke up with sore legs on occasion, it did seem to help keeping actual cramps to a minimum. They did not help with restless legs. I started off on one pill and increased to two pills as needed. They didn't upset my stomach. I would take them again during pregnancy (as long as cleared by a midwife or specialist).

Recommended as pure
Delivered quickly. Using it for poor sleep. I find it expensive compared to powder, but powder tastes awful unless you can mask it. Had same day delivery, which it was. So started taking it last night before bed. Been AI recommended as the purest form, so ideal for people like me who have ibs. Obviously can't comment on its efficacy.

Great Product but did not suit me
Not sure these are for me. I thought my sleepless nights and stress could be cured a little with magnesium - that's what I was told, perhaps I lacked magnesium. Turns out - they made me sleep BUT made me pee up to 3 times a night, and then made me feel very groggy and spaced out the next day. Sadly, I obviously don't react well to Magnesium. However, the ingredients are pure - no nasties, just don't suit me. Perhaps I don't need magnesium?
