Not expected from Toto
Bad quality, number 2 always sticks to the bowl, water level not enough to keep the bowl moist. Toto should recall the product to avoid bad name in the market

A good flushes with low water consumption
Nice edition to the throne room. Mounted perfectly to a Gerebit in wall tank system. Turned a small bathroom into ADA compliance. Allowing for wheelchair access. Along with other upgrades (door, custom vanity, recessed shower...) allows for easy cleaning as well.

Wow, this actually handles the business.
We installed this in the kid's bathroom during a recent remodel. It's hanging on a Duravit frame (they are compatible). It's by far the best toilet in the house. It completely washes the bowl down on every flush and never a clog in 3 months.

Good fit
So far so good, cleans easily and mounted easily. Added valuable square inches to a tight bathroom. Price was a little high to comparable units.

What a waste of money! Poo on the bowl
I bought 4 TOTO EP Wall hung during our renovations from a retail store and what a waste of $$. The first time my daughter used her toilet #2 was stuck on the lip at the edge of where stuff goes down. She had to use toilet tissue to wipe it off since the CEFIONTECT does absolutely nothing to prevent sticking! We also bought the 500e Washlet so after $2000 it is upsetting that we are stuck with toilets which only work for #1 and not for #2. The TOTO design on the bowl is awful... the lip prevents things from going directly down into the funnel which is connecting to the drain. Although wall hungs are a great idea and set for the future, stay away from TOTO's until they reconfigure the design to allow for proper waste removal! Toto stated that #2 will stick! Then why sell it without a disclaimer!!! They offered to reimburse me for the bowls only - what good does that do?

Chemicals are not allowed for its cleaning
The special coating does not allow use of chemicals for cleaning. This is not captured in the product description, but only in the instruction inside the packaging. Had to return it
