Color is not true
This is not pre pasted but it is very nice quality and thickness. The gray color is closer to a tan but it fit my purpose just right. I matched paint to the paper and the result was quite professional. Easy to match when hanging as is a small repeating pattern

Nice wallpaper
You’ll have to use a paste, so be prepared. It’s nice and easy to match up. I used a stained trim piece on the seams.

Tears easily and not gray color
Nice looking but tears easily. Not very thick. I'm using it to line my kitchen shelves and drawers. I already noticed that if it gets any moisture it will pucker. Also be aware that it's listed as gray-beige but it's really beige. I don't see any gray in it at all. Lastly, there are no lines on the back to aid in measuring and cutting straight lines. For my project I wish I had just bought simple Con-Tact paper.

Grey is Too Beige
The texture and pattern are very attractive. I took away one star due to the Gray being a much warmer shade than anything I would ever call gray. It is more of a taupe or mushroom color. I may use it in a different bathroom than the one intended. I only ordered one roll (I just needed something for one wall), and I could have just ordered a swatch. The bathroom in question has multiple shades of grey and silvery finishes, and I was very flexible as to what shade of gray this wallpaper turned out to be. When I saw the color of the roll, I was certain I had been sent the wrong item.

Pros and Cons
Pros - I really like the look of this paper now that the project is done. I would call it a light taupe color, rather than gray. We used it in an office; it looks very clean and classy. It was easy to hang and the seams are barely noticeable.Cons - I am grateful that I purchased two more rolls than I thought I would need. The paper on two of the rolls was noticeably darker than the other rolls, even though they were the same lot number. Once we got the entire room done, and knew that we’d have enough paper to redo the darker strips, we removed those strips. I would not call this paper easy to remove. The front vinyl layer came off easily, but the back paper layer was more difficult – even though I had primed and sized the walls. We had to soak it and scrape it and it came off in small pieces.Overall, I love the look of the room now that the project is finished. It just took much more time and paper than I had expected. Their customer service department was not helpful in correcting this.Tip - If you choose this wallpaper, before you paste and hang the first strip from the next roll, hold it up to the last strip on the wall to make sure that the color is consistent.
