Best seasoning ever!
Love this seasoning. I do not make sausage, I put this in my spaghetti I make with venison. I put it in my Alfredo venison, rotel recipe and it takes it to a whole new level!

Good sausage
This is a good starting point if you’ve never made venison sausage before. We add 40% ground pork with 60% venison. Makes great bulk sausage. Also makes great sausage links for the smoker. It’s mildly spicey

Seasoning is great you can always other spices for your preference or jalapenos or cheese, although it would be a little more helpful to have measurements for smaller portions but overall a great product for making your own sausage

Tasty but salty
Loved the flavor of of this seasoning on some bratwursts but i suggest using a little less of the seasoning than the ratio on the directions . For me personally they came out really salty but this may have have just been due to these being the first batch I've ever made. Try using 3/4 to 4/5 of the suggested seasoning per lbs and start there. Then after you cook up your first batch increase or decrease the ratio as desired.

Deer season, and 1 whole deer for sausage. Doesn't get better than that! OH MY WORD!!!!This stuff has great flavors. NOT too pepper to over shadow the other seasonings.Easy to handle with this size. & Yes, We have used almost all of 2 large bottles we purchased on Venision Meat. Makes a Gal proud.

Tastes good, but definitely on the salty side
Tastes good, but definitely on the salty side. It is also strange that they don't give you partial batch measurements. I wanted to use if for just 5 pounds. It comes in a container with a sealable list so that seems odd that they don't include it.
