I just received this a couple of days ago, and the same night I made a large batch of crostini (with baked fresh baguette slices) for several different bruschetta spreads I had laid out. I generously brushed the slices with olive oil before baking, and they turned out perfectly crispy and delicious. I shared them with my 4 housemates, and they all loved them. However, I actually bought this brand of olive oil to use daily for its health benefits. I drank my first teaspoon today, but will probably graduate to about 1-2 tablespoons. I never thought I'd "drink" olive oil, but it wasn't bad at all, and after reading a lot on the subject, I thought I needed to give it a try. This is a premium olive oil from Morocco that's cold-pressed and rich in polyphenols.
