Really good
Wonderful flavor, exactly what I was looking for. Even opening the lid for the first time, it had a wonderfully pungent aroma (in a good way) of the salt and vinegar flavoring. Fantastique.

Salt & Vinegar seasoning
I use this on oven roasted chick peas. The flavor is good, but I took off one star because you need to use only after cooking. For some reason, the strong vinegar taste I like seems to disappear when cooking. I think this would be great on fries, vegetables or anywhere you'd like a strong salt & vinegar flavor.

Popcorn seasoning winner!
I picked this up to flavor popcorn, as I'd had some most excellent salt and vinegar popcorn that was sold out the next time I tried to buy some. When I researched, powders were listed as the best DIY popcorn seasoning, but I was skeptical of the idea of a vinegar powder to season fries working. So I picked this up, fretting about the size even though it was an excellent value. I had the first opportunity to try it on Five Guys' fries, and wow, what a game changer. Instead of dousing the fries in malt vinegar, I sprinkled this on and fell in love. The vinegar punch is there without overwhelming any food it is sprinkled on, yet it doesn't take over the flavor of what it is seasoning. And no mushy fries, yay! It worked brilliantly on the popcorn. A tiny bit of butter and a gentle shake of this and I have a fairly low calorie snack. If you're interested in using this on more than fries, here is my breakdown of what I did and how it turned out. As always, YMMV. Popcorn. 5/5 stars. I microwaved some Orville Redenbacher in a cuisinart popcorn maker, coated lightly with butter and sprinkled this on. A quick shake of the popcorn in the bowl and it tasted phenomenal. Chicken wings. 4.5/5 stars. Roasted some chicken wings in the oven, pulled them out and seasoned with a sprinkle. Next time I think I'll do a rub before putting the wings in. Corn. 3.5/5. Microwaved a steamer bag, added butter and a small sprinkle. Not the best canvas for the flavor. I will be experimenting more and will be buying other options.

Addicting flavor
Okay, so I originally bought this Salt & Vinegar Gourmet Fries Seasoning to use on—you guessed it—fries. But one day I sprinkled a bit on my homemade roasted peanuts, and let me just say… GAME. CHANGER. The flavor is bold, tangy, and that perfect salty punch you’d expect from salt & vinegar chips, but somehow it works even better with peanuts. It gives them this zesty kick that’s honestly addictive. Every time I make a new batch, they disappear way too fast—my family keeps asking for more! The seasoning itself is finely ground, so it coats the peanuts really evenly without clumping. I usually toss them right after roasting while they’re still warm, and it sticks beautifully. Just a little goes a long way, too. Pros: • Intense and delicious salt & vinegar flavor • Perfect texture for sticking to peanuts or fries • Great value—lasts a while • Versatile (I’ve tried it on popcorn and even roasted chickpeas!) Cons: • May cause snack addiction… seriously. Final Thoughts: If you’re a salt & vinegar fan like me and you enjoy making your own snacks at home, do yourself a favor and grab this. Whether it’s fries, peanuts, or popcorn, it adds that mouthwatering tang that keeps you coming back for more.
