Works very well and easy to use. The heat levels are good also. Gives a good amount of steam. I would recommend.

It does the job, steams my face but you need a table to use it on cause if you use it in bed and it tips it can spill and burn you

Defective
The lid doesn't stay on. I constantly have to fit lid on . The steamer works well overall.

It does what it is intended to do nicely.
Except for the length of the connecting cable I liked everything. I mainly used it for decongesting upper respiratory tract and sinus, which it does very well.

Not worth it.
Returned the steamer. The water gets very hot and so does the steam. It is a serious burn risk!! Even at the distance listed in the instructions it is way too hot and poses a burn risk. There is no temperature control and the supposedly steam control is not adequate enough to control the steam either. The water compartment is very tiny and gives maybe 5 minutes worth of steam.
