This item works well. It is a good value and quality. It was purchased to replace a broken one.

Fits well and looks nice. It has plastic nubs at the 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock positions to fit the fixture, so be sure that matches what you're replacing before purchasing. Some reviewers indicated that it broke after using it awhile, but that is more likely a symptom of the cartridge. It should pull/push and turn easily without much force. If the cartridge is sticking and difficult, you need to have a plumber replace it.

Looks like original. Good quality. Use the same one on the downstairs bathroom and it stands strong. Now replacing on the other bathroom.

Have to home repairs every time I go to mother in law's house. If you have a broken 30-year-old or more Moen tub & shower control knob, this is the part you need.

This little thing could be unkillable if the manufacturer had not lay a hidden mine - weakened place in the design. Nothing prevented us from making the plastic twice as thick in the place where the plastic of the handle enclaps the metal stem of the valve. Right here it cracks. I think here is 99.99% reason to purchase a replacement part.

Nice quality and great price

I had high hopes for the 96797 Faucet Handle Kit, but unfortunately, it fell short in many ways. First off, the installation process was a nightmare - the instructions were vague and confusing, making it extremely frustrating to put together. Even after managing to install it, the handle itself felt flimsy and cheap, definitely not what I was expecting. On top of that, the durability of the kit was seriously lacking. Within just a few weeks of use, the handle started to show signs of wear and tear, which was a major letdown. Considering the price I paid for this kit, I expected much better quality. While the design of the handle was somewhat appealing, the overall performance and quality just didn't meet my expectations. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and long-lasting faucet handle kit.

Technically the part is fine. Problem is the part is not what I ordered. Turned out the bag it was in had the wrong sticker on it. Sticker indicated shower handle, but was instead a lavatory handle. Of course that does not fit or work. High quality, packaged well, shipped quick. But simply was not what I ordered due to a packaging error.

My original Moen Legend (Model 13094) shower knob had crumbled around the stem so I replaced it with this one since Moen no longer provides a replacement. The fit was perfect and it works like new. It includes the screw, metal washer and cap so you'll have everything you need to make the replacement. In my case, I didn't need the metal wash since my original one was still working fine. The main difference between this replacement and the original knob is that the original knob was perfectly round and this one is more of a teardrop shape. If you have a shower hose, you may find that once in a while the hose may hit against the knob and slightly rotate it (since it is not perfectly round like the original).

As good as the OEM in every respect. Great product.

It replaced the broken Knob on our shower. It fit and works.
