I bought this product to assist my liver in detox, but it had an unexpected side-effect. I no longer have seasonal allergies when I take it. I switched to a different brand and the allergies came back. Switched back to this product and they went away again. I love not having to take antihistamines! They have sooo many side-effects.

Found out about liposomal glutathione's health effects through dr Rhonda Patrick. When covid struck I figured I'd do the best I can to help my immune system. And added this product to my repertoire. I must say it's a great product! I feel some of the back pain issues I've had subsided when I took this in the evening time before bed.And I purposely did not take it at night on some occasions just to see if it was the glutathione sure enough it seemed to be that when I didn't take the glutathione I felt more "achy".Either way I feel great for the past year. Especially the last 6 months. That's pretty much how long I've been taking it.

It actually works! It gives me energy throughout the day!

I like that this is enriched with foods (or so they say). Apparently this has avocado, spinach, okra, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage… and for a glutathione supplement, I’d consider that a plus. I haven’t seen any others that include them. This is also 30% cheaper than the (lipo glutathione) supplement I was previously using. I can’t tell you if it’s working but I feel good about it. The capsules are actually a light green color. I know, that could be anything, but it seems better than a white or tan/brown one.

Our issue is an unpleasant smell that comes from the capsules. Will purchase another brand.
