Missing long screws for the deadbolt. I bought three matching sets, and every box is missing the hardware. Of coarse, it’s from China?

I bought a set of 4. Each had 2 packs of screws. One pack had 2 long threaded screws and 4 wood screws. The other pack had one shorter threaded screw and 4 wood screws. I haven't yet figure which lock uses the short or longer threaded screws; but I am short 4 of the shorter threaded screws. How can they not count screws correctly? 4 fails out of 4 is not an accident. I should pack this back up and return it.

Should the handle feel loose once installed? There seems to be a fair amount of “play” in the handle even though it is on the door and fully installed

They are loose because they are not very good locks.

one of the deadbolts was keyed different than the rest of the set, how can I get it re-keyed?
