this faucet was exactly the style i planned on. had a bit of issues with leak few days after instal but customer service resolved it quickly with replacement and now seems to be working fine. definitely recommend and would buy again!

I don't typically write product reviews, but I am really pleased with this purchase. We've had this faucet for several years now, and I recently reached out to their customer support-- even though it's been years, they went above and beyond to help me. Outside of that, the faucet has looked and worked perfectly in our guest bathroom. One thing to be aware of is that strong chemical cleaners can tarnish the finish, so if you're upgrading from a plastic utility faucet, you may need to change your cleaning routine

Love these faucets! They were easy to install and look amazing. I have gotten so many compliments. My only vice is these are very gold which are brighter than I expected.

We chose this faucet for our mini bathroom remodel as an affordable option versus what major big box stores (ie Home Depot, Lowes) carry. Not many options in this style are available and they are much more expensive. It looks great, was easy for plumber to install, functions well. The faucet extends nice and far into the middle of the sink so you don’t bump your hands into the front of the sink when washing hands. This new kind of plug system is a great improvement on the old plunger kind. Only issue was after about 6 months of normal use in our primary bathroom, the hot water began to leak. We contacted Gotonovo directly to report the issue and they ask us for photos and video of the leak to confirm what part to send. They sent us a replacement part within a week or so. My husband was able to replace the faulty part and this resolved the leak. It’s been about a month now and all functions well.

I ordered these with a certain vision I had in mind when designing my new bathroom remodel. I am a bargain shopper at heart and always will be, but when it comes to certain products, I choose quality over saving money. I saw the price on these and thought they probably wouldn’t meet my expectations at such a low price point. The last faucet I bought three years ago was right at $300 for a single kitchen faucet. So I do love a good faucet. For my bathroom though , I didn’t have to have perfection(like I wanted in my kitchen) but I wanted it to look vintage and of good quality and have a nice color, while mostly sealing and operating well. These met all my expectations I ordered two, they came nicely packaged and undamaged, instructions, and all. The color was nice and not too cheap looking. They were heavy and well made and jot like some of those cheap plastic ones or even lightweight metal ones, which was great. The water comes out perfectly from the faucet and no side spraying or anything. It fit perfectly in our space. I do have one small quam about the pipe size that has to go into this… it’s an odd size so we did have to do some work to make it fit into it perfectly but we made it work and it’s fine. A lot of faucets have an odd size that links up to your plumbing and it’s just not the size that your local hardware store usually carries (as far as pipes go). I did look at the size before buying so I was aware of it in advance but just be sure you always check all the measurements that they so kindly provide for you in the product pictures listed. The faucet set is very nice looking and appears to be composed of upgraded materials from an exact match purchased 3 years prior. The problem I had with the new one is the same exact issue I had with the earlier set. One of the supply line hoses developed a pin hole leak within 3 years of purchase. Not a real issue, things happen, hoses develop leaks. The new set arrived with a supply line hose with a glaring flaw, a bent connector end with an obvious hole in the hose. I have included photos of the entire hose and a closeup of the damaged part. Buyers should also beware that the design of this faucet type sets well below the countertop surface and may require modifications to your cabinet to install. I had to remove a section of interior wall and reposition a wall brace to allow room for the large locking nuts to properly fit on the pipe threads extending from the faucet base. I will change my rating depending on the service I receive on the damaged hose replacement situation and upon total completion of the project.

I love this faucet! It matches my shower faucets and I absolutely love the shiny gold color! We remodeled our entire bathroom using Amazon products!

Don’t buy this. A hairline crack in the brass in both the drain and the hot water tap developed. Wrote the company and they didn’t care.

Just got it installed - from color to packaging and instructions- everything is just perfect - love it - looks like very expensive faucet - highly recommend
