Smells good, not quite like Tobacco Vanille, but In My Arrogant Opinion, a bit better.
I purchased this on a lark, because the price was great. I have been using it for a week now, and I think I like it as well as Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille, if not slightly more. It seems like it'll last me for a while, because a sufficient amount requires very little of the oil. It's heavier on the cinnamon notes than TV, but the vanilla and tobacco notes are just as long-lasting. I am pleased, and I am pretty sure that when I run out (probably many months from now), I'll buy some more (the price sure beats $35 for 6 ml of perfume spray). [Updated] - I've had this for about a year now, and I love it better than Tom Ford's Tobacco Vanille. As I said above, it's stronger (it's a fragrance oil, not a perfume, so it's not diluted with a carrier), and it lasts for two days, if you put it on before hiking out in the woods. It smells better as the vanilla notes diminish (and frankly, I love vanilla), so as time passes, it improves. I love the Tom Ford original. It's amazing, and I still use it. I'm a bit sparing with colognes, perfumes, etc. But this stuff lasts (in the bottle) for years (it's been a year of moderate use, and I still have 3/4 or so of an ounce left), and costs a third less. I'm going to continue to purchase and use Tom Ford to support his genius in formulating a great smell, but I'll keep purchasing and every-day-using Quality Fragrance Oils' Impression of the masterpiece as my go-to. Try it yourself: buy a $10 bottle of this, and a $35 spritzer of Tom Ford's Tobacco Vanille, and compare the two. You'll love the Tom Ford (who actually got the tobacco notes right), but you'll adore the Quality Fragrance Oils' take on it. [Note to the manufacturer] QFO, if you read this, do you think it'd be possible for me to purchase a quantity of your tobacco base? I've been doing some hobbyist-level perfumery, and would love a GOOD tobacco to work with. Thanks. [Disclaimer] I don't work for these guys, but I bet it'd be fun to work in their labs. They make some absolutely great smells. They didn't pay me, and I am writing this of my own free will. How was that? Will you free my family now?

Totally, grew on me unexpected soothing scent
This scent is starting to grow on me, its very strong requires minimal application. initial impression gives of a strong spice note the most predominate which is clove overpowering at first then mellows. Its a very earthy tone masculine original scent with a hint of unpacked pipe tobacco, the dry down transforms into a melody of clove and vanilla. The clove at this point is a little subdued where the vanilla begins to emerge not a overly sweetened vanilla this is where the clove keeps the vanilla in check and the two battle. Sometimes the clove may be apparent other times its the vanilla. The longevity in at least 6hrs up to 8hrs. Found my self appreciating this scent more and more, I've always preferred YSL La nuit, theres something about this scent that intoxicating, like I said before I didn't totally love it a first but it will grow on you I find the scent soothing and comforting, give it try experiment you'll come to love it. 6/15/21 Update Damn they go this formulation f'n right had to update my review, this chick in my offiice passed by me and said I smelled like heaven and fresh baked cinnamon cookies. Needless to say that was the ice breaker I was looking for. I'll updated further as things progress with operation smash those cheeks.

Be the Best Smelling Person in the Room
I looooove this oil so much! This is my second time ordering it because it smells so ding-dang good! It has a lightly sweet smell. The tobacco smells nutty and warm. An amazing combination!

Scent does not have long wear and oil disappeared ๐ค
Both smell great but would love it if the scent stayed longer. My biggest complaint is that even with lids screwed tight, the oil either slowly leaked out or evaporated somehow. I kept them in my purse. There was no evidence of oil leaking inside the purse, no residue or strong smell, and the bottles are still intact. So, maybe they did evaporate. I dunno.... it's baffling to me.

Tobacco Vanille Review
This impression is good, but not what would one might expect. I haven't smelled the original Tobacco Vanille, but I think that it's supposed to have a pretty substantial amount of tobacco notes, but I cannot smell any amount of tobacco. On the opening it smells very spicy, my friend said that it smells like pumpkin spice. After that, it turns sweeter and sweeter. It lasts around 10 hours if you smell it directly on your skin. I apply only a little because of how concentrated it is. Summing it up, if you want a more tobacco-y fragrance, you'd probably be better off getting something different .

Roll on vile leaks. Decent scent. Not comparable to original
I love the tom ford version I bought it when it first released. It is my favorite date night scent and was hoping to find a close version for cheaper than the original. So I tried this one. My review is my experience 1. I could smell the oil in my mailbox before I opened it (yayyyyy its strong) 2. The bottle was open and leaked inside the package. (Not yayyyy) 3 this does not come close to tom ford. The roll on bottle is perfect as long as its closed all the way. I lost half the bottle in the package(not happy) It is a lovely scent that lasted about 5 hours on my wrists. But does not smell like the og. This one tobacco is soo bitter it overpowers the soft vanilla and reminds me more of a air wick bathroom scent spray. I'm not impressed. I would reccomend if your looking for a cheap perfume that lasts hours. But not even close to smelling like I expected. I'm irritated about half of it leaking. Fix that ASAP

Very similar
SCENT- I have a sample of the Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille scent and I ordered this to compare. They smell VERY similar. I would say the Tom Ford one obviously has a more prominent scent since they use alcohol for the cologne. But since this is oil I can vouch that it smells just like it and is such a great dupe for the product! They nailed it in my opinion! I got the roll on one (smallest option) and I love it because I can take it with me and even fits in my pocket. LONGEVITY- I would say 9/10 it does wear off like anything else but it lasts a good few hours! Its a shame I can't put it on my clothes but im sure if you put it on your pulse points it'll catch on to your clothes too so its all good. Overall if you're looking for an affordable dupe and don't mind that its an oil base instead of an alcohol base then I definitely recommend!

Rich fragrance at a not-so-rich price
I first experienced the combo of tobacco/vanilla through an "impresson" of Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille purchased at Big Lots. I liked it, and wanted to try the real thing. Until I saw the price! Quality Fragrance Oils' "version" came through for me. A sweet -- but not overpowering -- vanilla at the outset, which settles down to a warm, rich tobacco fragrance, more like good unlit cigars rather than cigarettes. I'd guess the overall aroma lasted about six hours on me after quick swipes on each wrist and each side of my neck. The packaging is typical for this stuff, but I want to highlight one feature in particular: the roller-ball applicator. I have another oil with a plastic ball, and it sometimes gets "sticky," not rolling smoothly. QFO uses a stainless-steel ball on this one, and the application is an easy glide. Is this an exact match for Tobacco Vanille? Can't tell you (and at about $140 per ounce I probably never will), but I really like the scent. It's definitely worth the few dollars charged for it.
