Great product

I’ve been taking these now for a year or so. About the pill itself: I like that it’s a small pill and fits easily in my pill organizer. Also easy to swallow and they smell nice as far as vitamins go. They do like to clump but a shake of the bottle releases them. About effectiveness: it’s been effective for me and I’ve not experienced any digestive issues. They have gotten my vitamin D blood level into the normal range. A couple years ago my PCP said I was vitamin D deficient. I was prescribed a supplement and then allowed to take an OTC multivitamin. Later bloodwork showed marginal improvement, but I was still deficient. My PCP told me to specifically get D3…something about how it is absorbed but I can’t remember. He also said that the multivitamin wasn’t providing enough and specified 5,000 IU which is way more than what is in the multivitamin (and the multivitamin I think was D2). My last lab result was in the normal range FINALLY. Anecdotal observations: I have noticed an improvement in my mood and so have friends and family. They have told me I seem happier, with one asking me specifically what had changed. Crazy to me that the answer was “vitamin D.” I was born generally melancholy but I do feel less morose and have returned to my old levels of “meh” about life and humanity. I can’t say I’ve got more energy. Also, I noticed my hair has stopped breaking (I’m not sure hair improvements are related to D3; could just be better mood, lots of water, Pilates equals better nutrition, better self care, and better hair care). Personal verdict: I’ll continue to take them unless my PCP advised otherwise or Nordic Naturals starts doing weird things to the products.

Smells like fruit loops and the quality is good

Dr informed me my blood test reported low vitamin D. Did research and came across these. I take 1 in am and 1 in pm. After 6 month follow up, Dr informs me my vitamin D results are great.

It is a good product my wife has allergies to eggs and soy and this is free of those allergens.

My daughter and my vitamin D had been deficient for 5 yrs until I bought this brand. Now it isn’t.
