Ok, so before you read all the post about it bot stopping sound... that's not what these are for. It's for sound Absorbency. Which is what's needed for recording rooms to prevent feedback off the walls and corners of the room. Streamers, (like myself,) or recording artist use these to get a cleaner sound while recording with sensitive microphones, or pretty much any mic these days.As for the item... well it does not come with adhesive, so the reviews down staring it for that are wrong as the description does not say it comes with any. Knowing what you are ordering is key to being satisfied by your order.I used pins to stick to the wall and staples in the grooves for the ones on the ceiling. Works great.They ask to wait 24-48 hours to popup. Mine were pretty much ready in about an hour, but it can very from package to package.Again, those complaining about them not expanding, I ask... did you separate them? Probably not. So, when you get these, open them up, and separate them. You can lay them back in piles if you want, but you have to break that mold open and let them get room to expand. These things are not going to blow up on you, but stacking them all back up after full expansion will be about five times the compressed height.Over all, noticable absorption with sound test. As I am in a concrete room and the echo and reverb was crazy, now I can record. I will be ordering more.Yes there are better ones out there, bit if you are starting out. Get these and you will notice the difference. Later if you want to drop 100s, it is best to get alternating lines and blocks as well as a better material for full studio quality.

They work well for what I needed them for. I use a fairly sensitive mic in a fairly small house with 5 people living in it. I also live right by a main road so I get a lot of road traffic. It took me a few tries to figure out the proper placement but once I did they effectively blocked any extraneous noise that I was getting. The amount was perfect for me but if you have a larger room (and depending on what spots you need it for) you might need a larger pack.This isn't really relevant but I like the color choices as well.

Great Product.I would say it took about 3-5 hours to come back to life after it was compressed due to shipping.But overall great!!!

Overall they're pretty good. The foam is soft enough to allow for good sound absorption. They all came in a very very small bundle and only took about a full day to fluff up. Hanging is easy enough but you need your own form of adhesion to the surfaces. I simply used hot glue for this because i hadn't cared much about the wall behind. They look good and are more than functional to kill an echo. I'm gonna but a second set to fill out more of the room.

Ok, so the review asked, but there is no adhesion. Nor any absorption involved with these. These are sound deadening panels for walls in a room for audio content creation.They apply easily to the wall with stick pins, or some sort of picture putty. And from what I can tell, they do a great job. I'm sure my neighbors in the next condo appreciate them too.

Do not waste your money on these they do not do anyting yes okay they look good but they don't do anything for this sound I have them all over my living room my bedroom my dining room everywhere and I don't notice any difference in the anything do not buy where is money I ever spent

I looked at a bunch of different offerings and wasn't sure which one to go with, so ultimately I went with these panels. I'm very satisfied! For the price, they look good, adhere to the wall well enough with some 3M product, and legitimately seem to do a pretty good job of reducing noise. All of the foam looks good and there were no holes or tears. I would recommend this product and I am considering buying additional panels to add to the room now.
