I love fried chicken, especially wings. Previously, I was making my batter and somehow stumbled on this product. I decided to give it a try, and man, I'm so glad I did.The stuff is the real deal. I air fry my chicken because I don't want all the grease from the frying pan. This product is excellent in the air fryer. From start to finish, it takes less than a half hour, and you don't have the chicken swimming in grease.

We love this mix on our fried and then baked pork chops. Delicious flavor.

My husband and I have started deep frying our own chicken. So far, this is the best coating I have found. Don't pour the whole package in the bowl - there's a lot of coating in there. I ended up having to throw half a package away because I put it all in the bowl. If needed, you can always add more.

I have been using this coating for fried chicken for 4 years and can no longer find it in the supermarket.

This chicken seasoning is really good I've been making this for years when I lived in NY and then I moved out of town and no grocery store carried it, I had my son bring a couple of bags back with him whenever he went for a visit, so delighted when I found it on Amazon. I must reorder soon.
