how do you determine if you need the severe sag or the regular sag?

Read the product description for instructions on how to estimate how severe your sag is. EVALUATING CUSHIONS: You can roughly measure you cushion density by measuring your cushion height with no one sitting on it, and then measure again while sitting on it. Notice how much it compresses. 20-40% is average and you can probably use the Moderate. 40-80% will probably need the Severe Sag insert. And yes, there are weight guidelines as well.

At first, they think it works. Then they think its sagging again. But their results can’t last because it will conform, settle and sink into the spring foundation. One of the most important things is to test your spring deck. The cushions can only perform as good as the foundation under them.
