I haven't built it up as it says you can do; just used one coat and it was a good match to my hair, but lighter than my eyebrow hair. I think their color chart is just TOO HARD to use Benefit. ADD in some more examples and put the swatches on thick in a white background so we can actually SEE the colors. Also add in more descriptive phrases for each color too.
