This is the BEST Jamaican Jerk Marinade you can buy......Marinade something....anything....overnight....and grill it the next day, and bam, bom boom waka-kazow!!! it's just a little bit hotter than tabasco....but the heat doesn't last long or hurt.....even for you wimps out there, that can't handle a jalapeno potato chip, you should be fine...if you're not a you know what.......which you probably are! anyway....this stuff smells and tastes like Voodoo...or Voudoun for you purists.....but that signifies that it is magick.....vegetables, meats.....put it on everything.....I just had two corn on the cobs that I marinaded last night....cooked them on the grill and all I can say is MMM....MMMMM...MMMMM.........btw....try marinading scallops or shrimp with this stuff and then grill it....you'll be amazed....unless you're such a weakling that you whine and say "ehhhhh....waaaah....it's too hot"it's NOT too hot...you're just a damn candy azz.......I've never met anyone that doesn't like this stuff.....including a close friend of mine that won't eat it....yeah, a wimp.....but every time she smells it...she says...."OMG....that smells delicious"......if you have a stomach problem....fine....don't eat it....but if you are healthy and a man or woman of integrity.....you should at least TRY it....before you turn your fat nose up at it.....once you try it....you'll crave it like a drug.....

I had enjoyed this many years ago (ordered from the Walkerswood company directly) and ordered it this time from amazon.com. I thought it was watered-down than I had remembered, and my husband told me that the sauce was thinner in the beginning and got thicker as time went by. Anyway, this is the best real jerk sauce we can buy here with bold, complex and exciting flavors found in Caribbean. When we order jerk food at any restaurant, they are all disappointing because they are not real jerk sauce - wimpy and boring. This is a real deal with kicks. It marinates chicken overnight really nicely and you don't need to add anything. I have a really good recipe for marinated jerk chicken, couscous, orange juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, raisins, sliced almonds, cilantro, and it is very delicious. I wish this marinate would be sold as single or a pack of 2, instead of pack of 3. It will make me years to finish the pack of 3 bottles, as I do not cook with jerk marinate that often.

I have eaten great jerk in Jamaica and asked a Jamaican friend which sauce to buy and this was it. It is the real thing, thick, spicy and great on chicken and pork. I will continue to buy by the case.

No problem with product, ordered 3 pack. The top on one of the sealed jars was slightly opened causing the product to spill. I ccsot use it because once the product is opened it should be refrigerated. Lost $$$ because it can’t be returned. 😩😩😩😩

I have used this on and in everything for years. I even eat as a Salsa occasionally when I need that "kick" to my day. I have brought a sample to a client recently that has their own cafe and the chefs loved it, not to mention I now have there for my and others enjoyment. I have given the bottles as gifts to friends and have never heard of anyone not liking it, only "it is hot"..... We make Jerked Chicken for football tailgating to warm us up as well. Try it on your eggs, tuna, chicken, pork, fish, ribs, chili, soups, etc.. I guess I am just addicted to the endorphin rush it provides, nuff said.

Waste of money don’t purchase!!!

I've been to Jamaica a couple times but have since become a vegetarian. This is an excellent marinade for anything. Its so much better than the junk at my local grocery store. (I'm not guaranteeing that it is vegetarian, but I didn't see any suspect ingredients.)

this is an acquired taste. never had Jamaican Jerk before, but nothing like Caribbean . nothing wrong , just gross to me
