So yummy! These strawberries were exactly what I wanted. Crunchy and flavorful, and they were packed beautifully. Yes, they are definitely freeze dried. Zero mushiness. Keep in mind that these are sold by WEIGHT, and not by VOLUME. Some settling in the container is inevitable, so don't expect it to be filled to the brim. I'm very pleased. Will absolutely order again.

These are freeze dried fresh and are vacuum sealed in the number 10 can that comes with a plastic lid that is used to reseal after opening between servings.Perfect to use in recipes or as a snack being very delicious and healthy.I like to add these to my hot oatmeal breakfast bowl with a pinch of sugar, perfection.Super to keep for longer term storage of up to 30 years of shelf life…warning: mine never last that long as these are a favorite to munch on straight from the can as a healthy tasty snack at anytime. If you can keep these in your pantry for 30 years, I believe you would be breaking some kind of record.Awesomely Wholesome and a Great Deal too!

I purchased to use in many homemade items, smoothies, ice cream and baking. These were beautiful in color and can be eaten as is, which I did. Very good. I used a blender to make powder out of them for the above mentioned item. I froze the remainder. They worked well.

We love these. My daughter loves to eat these as a snack before and after running. The only problem is she can eat an entire container without hesitation because they taste so good. We've bought these numberous times and plan to add them to our monthly autoshipments.

These freeze-dried sliced strawberries are a solid deal for the price. Flavor is good, not to sweet and not bitter. Work well for snacking but a few pieces feel a little soft and could be dried a bit more. Still a good value overall until I actually get a dryer, which seems like a lot of work, these will have to do for the price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love my Special K red berries, but I wanted more berries! These are perfect and delicious! I will buy them again!

I use these for smoothies (best option) and cold cereal, not at all right for any hot cereal.

Our daughter loved the Starbucks dried strawberry's, so we got these to add to her water!!! She loves them!! Looks great, smell delicious!!
