What ingredients are the capsule made from?

"Other ingredients" are Maltodextrin (non-GMO source), cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Capsule consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and titanium dioxide. No wheat, no gluten, no soybeans, no dairy, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no peanuts/tree nuts. The hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a chemically modfied cellulose polymer considered safe for human consumption. It is used as an alternative to gelatin and gluten in vegan-friendly products. I can tell you from experience this supplement really works.

What size are the capsules?

Not too big. A little smaller than a pain reliever (Tylenol, Advil) capsule. Easy to swallow.

You may open a capsule and mix the contents in a full glass (8oz to 10oz) of water. Stir so powder mixes sufficiently before consuming.
