Not really sure about effectiveness.
I've been using SMUG Supplements Psyllium Husk Fibre Capsules for a few weeks now, and I'm somewhat on the fence about their effectiveness. Here are my thoughts. he capsules are easy to take, especially compared to mixing psyllium husk powder into drinks.I've read about the various health benefits, such as improved digestion and cholesterol support, which is why I decided to try them.I'm not entirely sure if I've experienced the full benefits yet. My digestive health hasn't noticeably improved, and I'm still waiting to see if there are any changes. While SMUG Supplements Psyllium Husk Fibre Capsules are convenient and easy to incorporate into my daily routine, I'm still uncertain about their effectiveness. It might take more time and consistent use to see clear results.
