NEGDA Men's Formula Dietary Supplement
I have only recently began a new regimen by discontinuing a lot of my prescription medicines & substituting those meds with more natural products.This supplement is full of all kinds of goodies. It has 450% of the recommended daily value of Vitamin D3, which is especially great for me because I don't eat or drink much milk/dairy products, so that'll definitely be a good bonus for my bones & joints.It also has 200mg of pomegranate extract which I know is an awesome boost for my immune system. It also has many other natural ingredients such as; ginger root, green tea, & curcumin which together will just make you feel much healthier overall.I have been taking one capsule daily for only about a week now but am already beginning to feel a little less fatigued than I had felt before. They are pretty good size,(what some people would call a horse pill), but I've found that they are still easy enough to swallow as once the gelatin capsule gets wet its really slippery & slides right down.There is a quantity of 30 capsules in the bottle so it should last for exactly one month. I really wish I'd have waited until about mid December to begin these as they would've helped me to combat the biggest part of the cold/flu season but I wanted to review the product as soon as possible.I would highly recommend these to anyone who has a hard time fighting off colds & needs to give their immune system a boost or for anyone just looking to feel a little better during your normal daily routine.*I received this product in exchange for an honest & unbiased review of the product & am very happy to have had the opportunity to do so!

really nice quality.
This supplement is of pretty good quality. The only complaint I have is the smell but for me it's not a big issue just something that's there. definitely something I can deal with. I got these for my brother who has like me, Fibro and so far it has proven to be effective in providing sufficient nutrients that aid in feeling better. He's has a bit less inflammation and has a just a bit more energy. He also has IBS which is a really painful condition. Definitely not fun to have specially in a flare up. But the Ginger in this supplement has been really helping him and he's really happy I ordered these for him to try. He really likes that these have no preservatives in them. and that it's overall pretty much a natural supplement. He's pretty much into natural living just as much as I am so he has really been liking these supplements. He's had less swelling and aching in his joints and so far it's doing great for him. and He really likes it. once again there is a slight smell but it is not really that bad unless you have your nose stuck in the container . the taste he says is just slight but not really that bother some at all to him. Gives my husband indigestion
I got these for my husband. I was looking for a product to fight inflammation and support his immune system I read the reviews and this looked like the perfect product for him. I do recommend this product just on the ingredients that are in it. Of course check with your doctor to make sure it doesn't interfere with prescriptions you may be on.My husband burps up the smell of the pills. He is turned off by the smell of the pills.I wonder if women can use the men's pill?I received this product at a reduced price for a honest unbiased review. These were my husband's experience with the supplement yours may differ.

Great suppleme t for preventing/ help cancer treatment! It arrived quickly & I havent had any problems, bad tazte, or indigestion. Have now ordered for 2nd bottle. I do wish it was available on Subscribe & Save! That would be 1 less thing to remember each month. Thank you!
