Nice holder. Fits the bodyguard very well. No adjustment out of the box. Seems to hold gun in very nice. No issues here. I like it.

BG with no laser. Retention is excellent when drawing straight up, almost too good, with a nice positive lock. Material quality is good. Issue is retention side to side which is extremely loose. When drawing the gun is so tight it slips sideways in the holster which on occasion presses the mag release as you draw. Some of this can be blamed on just a very small gun with no barrel length to keep it locked in well. However I’d never trust this holster behind my back where I had to make a long reach for it. Suitable for appendix carry if you get used to it. Not the best. Decent for the money spent. Maybe you could modify to make it better but will be replacing soon with something A little more trustworthy.

Looks great and comfortable. I bought two the right hand and left hand. One my gun fits right and the gun will not fall out. The other is not as tight and feels like it may fall out if I ran. I do believe the donut on the screw may be removed to tighten up the grip but have not tested it. The belt hook grabs my pants well so I can draw my gun without drawing my holster.
