I have recurrent bouts of hemorrhoids since giving birth to my children. I had a bout about 2 months ago, went through my normal routine of daily ointments. Usually that takes care of them after a few week - not this time. I happened to stumble across these jewels - had great ratings, so I thought I would give them a try. Literally, after 2 rounds (4 tablets) my external hemorrhoids had completely shrunk!! Truly Amazing! I would recommend these along side of using a Tucks medicated pad (and actually leave it up there until using the bathroom again, a nurse taught me that trick after giving birth to my second child!)

I see one popular review that claims since this product contains Nux Vomica it’s therefore toxic. While it’s true that at HIGH doses (80-90mg) Nux Vomica can have toxic effects, these tablets contain 0.83mg per dose - so that’s how much is in TWO tablets. As long as you don’t take the entire package at once, there’s no need to worry about the Nux Vomica. Four stars because I can’t say for sure if these work or not. Every time I’ve tried using them, I’ve also done a epsom salt bath which honestly helps more than anything else. So I can say that every time I’ve used them I HAVE gotten better, but it’s not entirely clear if that’s due to the epsom salt baths or these tablets. Good luck!!!

I purchased these sublingual/dissolvable tablets for hemorrhoids after reading many positive reviews, but unfortunately they did not work at all for me. I followed the instructions exactly, letting the tablets dissolve under my tongue / in my mouth, and I experienced zero relief. There was no improvement in pain, discomfort, or symptoms. For me, this product was a waste of money. What makes this even more disappointing is that the product is not eligible for return or refund, despite having good reviews. I wanted to share my honest experience so others can decide carefully before purchasing.

I had been suffering with issues down below for about three weeks. I have been diagnosed with rectocele, which is common with women after childbearing years. In most cases pelvic floor exercises are helpful but certainly not the cure-call. The therapist I went to was a waste of money, because I would drive a distance and paid a crazy co-pay to be given a sheet of paper, coached twice to do that exercise and sent on my way. Infuriating! With each week my issue seemed to get worse. Went to a proctologist who only half-listened and didn't understand the pain I was suffering. Didn't want me using anymore Prep H creams or suppositories, which to be honest only offered temporary relief. I went home and within a few hours, I couldn't stand the pain and I ordered these tablets. Within 24 hours, I knew I was on my way to healing. I'm on day 3 and do not have to take as many rounds of tablets as recommended. These tablets are the most effective and are natural / holistic which is what I like most about these.
