Must have for cold & flu season. We take these as a preventative & to help build back the immune system when fighting a virus. Very effective! Love that they are 3rd party tested & non gmo. Just wish they were organic... I prefer these over the sugary gummies you normally find. Somewhat small & easy to swallow, even for my preteens. No taste.
