I have been struggling to lose 10 lbs. I started with the 1 pill twice a day, following directions of half hour after meal. On the fourth day, my stomach was extremely distended. This product does not leave room in your stomach for food. I’m a conscientious eater, and believe in small portions. For example, for breakfast I may have a piece of fruit and tea.
