Keep it in my truck with first aid kit. I'm not a first responders but have had first aid, CPR & AED training. Also, my wife is a nurse. This is very accurate because I know my average BP. I took my wife's and hers was about the same as average. I recommend it in an emergency for first responders if you come upon an accident you can provide them with crucial vital signs.

Its so good i am in first semester and i use it i recommend it so good

I am a normal sized adult, but the cuff wraps around my arm two and a half times. If I just try to align the velcro, it is too big, and if I try to make it a little smaller, it pulls open when I inflate it. Problematic. I can not hear any kind of pulse or other sound that I can differentiate from the noise of the cuff trying to pull open. And the ear buds are really tight, hurt like the devil. I spent over an hour trying to get a reading from this without success. I will go for a digital reader and no stethoscope. The ear buds really hurt, I might keep trying if they were comfortable.

I think this is a great set to start off if want to practice the arts of listening and timing of the heartbeat and BP. For this price I think its great to have at home, there could be some tweaks to it, however it'll definitely help you measure faster and efficiently since the arrow on the BP monitor doesn't just stop (like the high quality ones where you have more control over the speed and where exactly to stop it). From there, it'll gradually go down as soon as you stop pumping, so that's where you'll have to quickly adjust and use your stethoscope. In terms of accuracy, it is pretty accurate as my measurements matches my dad's digital BP monitor lol. Unlike other sets, you will have to put the stethoscope together.. but its no big deal.. it works! It just won't have the on/off setting like the other ones.

En relación calidad precio esta muy bien, cumple con su función, el material no es profesional pero esta bien, no se ve de juguete como otros.
