My bars came room temperature, not cold at all are they still safe to eat?

Hi there- Rest assured, even if your bars arrived warm, they are still completely safe to eat. Perfect Bars do not spoil, they are meant to be refrigerated only to maintain the perfect taste and texture. They are actually okay out of refrigeration for up to one week! Just put them back in the refrigerator to harden up again, then they'll be good to go. Also, please know the bars have a tolerance for temperature change, thus the taste or texture should not be compromised once cooled.

Product ships in UNPROTECTED box, where contents "melt" and are inedible

Wanted this product to supplement my diet. The individual wrapped items were soaked with an unknown liquid. The shiny glistening sheen on the opened bar illustrates the leakage of moisture inside the item. The CHEMICAL ICE PACK was completely warm and thus the damaged products.

Total bummer. These are non returnable and no refund and be issued. The box arrived fine, but the ice packs inside were completely melted and thus the bars warm to the touch.
