used this to replace a zipper on a long down winter jacket that extends past my waist...so if i don't open the bottom before sitting (eg. driving), it will cause the teeth to pull on each other, and over time it failed...i have another long jacket with a zipper that uses chunkier teeth, that seems to be more durable than these (but lacks the tight seal)

I have used 2 of the zippers I ordered. My customers are having trouble starting the zippers. Any suggestions. I have used zipper wax. Now I have to replace them at my cost.
