Effectiveness is good, theres no Taste, Size is perfect, Health is good, Digestion is good. I bought these pomegranate extract capsules because I was taking pomegranate extact powdered but the other company didnt make anymore. So I decided to go with these company on Amazon. Great health benefits and value for money
So I have been reading up on polyphenols, free-radicals and their benefits for maintaining good health- gotta keep the healthy life up to snuff, so I tried Pom juice and have been concerned about the extra juice-sugar calories. Then I saw that there was an option to just use capsules instead and decided it was a great way to cut the juice-sugar intake and lower our expenses too. I have been using the capsules for the past month. Seems to be working well as a replacement for the juice and is less hassle taking 2 capsules a day.
