How much do I use for small shrubs?

I used several bags. It did not work. I am going to try sulfur next time.

Can this be used for black spot on photinia? if not, does anyone know what would work? my photinia is too large to spray.

Will this help my peach tree with Brown rot? I have sprayed the tree several times so far but would like to use this instead now.

I have not used this on fruit trees so I do not know.

Will this harm pollinators on flowers on these shrubs later?

I used the fungicide on a pine tree where there was no danger of pollinators. I did not use near flowers or small shrubs. I am not certain if this would be harmful to pollinators later on. I would be very cautious.
