Can I add fragrance and color?

I had no problem adding fragrance and color to this product.

Does it need to have a preservative added?

If you're using it as intended, no. If you're creating something by using this as a base, I would presume so.

Can you put it in a pump bottle??

The butter is too thick for it to be pumped.
