Magnesium Colon Detox – 4 Magnesium Types, Prebiotic Fibre, ACV & Vitamin C – Gentle Daily Digestive Support – Vegan, 100 Capsules

I’ve been trying this Magnesium Colon Detox supplement and it does seem to be quite effective. It contains a mix of magnesium types along with prebiotic fibre, apple cider vinegar and vitamin C, and I’ve noticed it has a noticeable effect on digestion after taking it regularly. In my case, it may even be working a bit too well, so I’ve found I need to take a break now and then to give my system a rest before continuing. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have any unpleasant taste or after-effect beyond the digestive impact. Overall, it appears to do what it claims, but I’d suggest starting cautiously and seeing how your body responds before using it daily.

The capsules arrive in a sealed letterbox type container. The capsules contain white powder and are easy to swallow with water. I didn't detect any taste to them. For the first few days nothing really happened, although I had really bad wind. I am guessing that was my gut bacteria working. I did start to notice results after day 4. But they weren't the results I was expecting. The description of the capsules state that these will bulk stools and make them easier to pass. I can definitely say in my case they did not make them bulk, but they did make them easier to pass. In fact, I have been on the verge of diarrhoea for three days. There is a warning on the label too though, that states more than 450mg of magnesium can cause stomach upsets. Well, there is 498g in two capsules. I am going to give these a rest for a couple of weeks and then start again, but only take one capsule per day.
